Announces a tender for the submission of offers

- Description of procurement items and specifications
Creation of an informative animated video that would show the results of the EMPOWER project, according to the previously planned and written scenario. A detailed specification can be found in the document "ToR for bidders". (Located in the docs)

Closing from 10.07.2023. year at 12:00 p.m.

- The price does not include VAT (the project is exempt from VAT)
- List of references/portfolio with an emphasis on experience working on EU projects
- Examples of previous works

Offers that are incomplete or arrive after the deadline will not be considered. The project team reserves the right to contact each bidder in order to verify the submitted information, including the bidder's administrative checks and their registration for the activity in question.
- Criterion and method of supplier selection
The independent committee of Caritas BiH will consider all offers and decide on the choice of supplier at a separate session. The basic criteria for choosing a supplier is the ratio of quality and price of the offer.
- Conflict of interest
Offers cannot be submitted by legal persons who are in a potential conflict of interest, that is, persons who can in any way influence the process of objective decision-making. The commission and the project team reserve the right to reject an application that is found to be in a potential conflict of interest in accordance with domestic legislation.
