Bosnia and Herzegovina without a comprehensive media law
Unlike the countries of the European Union, Bosnia and Herzegovina still does not have a comprehensive law on advertising and has not resolved the issue of media pluralism and transparency of media ownership in any way.
Existing laws and regulations, which primarily regulate other areas, only partially refer to the area of media advertising and media financing with public money. In addition, in some segments, they are not harmonized throughout BiH, and in practice they even act contradictory.
