Basic training
Odream trainings are specially designed for civil society organizations in order to continuously work on improving their effectiveness and sustainability, strengthening skills, improving public image and increasing influence on decision-making processes. Through basic training, organizations will improve their knowledge and acquire skills in various areas, such as: planning, writing and implementing projects, raising funds and managing finances, human resources management, public advocacy, understanding basic legal guidelines, communication and public appearances, etc.
Basic trainings are intended for members of smaller organizations and informal groups of citizens who are in the early stages of development or have limited resources, in order to provide them with adequate support on the way to sustainability.
Trainings are held in small groups to enable interactivity and individual approach. Through practical exercises, workshops and case studies, participants acquire practical knowledge that they can immediately apply in their work.
